Oksana and Oleksandr are from Melitopol. With the start of the full-scale invasion, they woke up to explosions: russian troops bombed the local military airfield. Tanks appeared near their street on the very first day, and their gun barrels were just directed to the homes of peaceful inhabitants, and within month and half of life, Oleksandr lost 7 kilograms, and finally decided that to leave, together with a daughter, grandchildren, and a few other families, they went to Zaporizhzhia, going through numerous checkpoints and humiliation. Oksana tells how one of the russian soldiers demanded vodka from them, which they did not have, and only thanks to their little granddaughters were they released.
