Starting from 2013, antagonists, hostile forces, and imported people began gathering in Luhansk. Olha’s husband took part in Euromaidan to oppose them. But pro-russian forces seized power, and Olha and her husband were forced to leave their native city. Her husband’s parents were taken captive, where they were tortured and abused. Olha’s husband joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine to defend his native country.
