Natalia is from the village of Novyi Korohod, Borodianka district. Her husband, a forester, together with other men, organised a Territorial Defence Unit, cutting down trees on the way of the columns so that the enemy could not get into the village. But the family was betrayed, and in early March, 12 Russian invaders entered their yard. They were saved by the fact that there were many young women and children in the house, with toys scattered everywhere.
