"We’re stabilizing the woman in stress. She said: "I have two cats, and there are no windows! They will fall out!"

During a massive morning missile attack on January 2, 2024, the Lyceum in Vyshneve received the first wave of victims. The educators deployed a humanitarian headquarters.

Psychologist Lesia Korotynska and her colleague worked with people a few hours after the explosion. She was amazed that even in deep stress, people were trying to save their animals. Lesia also notes a powerful volunteer movement. Dozens of caring people brought bedding, food, and money for the victims.

The interview with the psychologist was recorded the day after the missile attack.
