Athlete Iryna Sitnikova: "I had to teach myself not to cry during the performance"

At the beginning of May 2022, the Pole Art Italy Championship was held in Italy – the unofficial pole dance World Championship. One of the participants is Iryna Sitnikova, an athlete from Ukraine, granddaughter of Halyna Serhiivna Doroshenko and Viktor Ivanovych Sitnikov (honored coaches of the USSR and Ukraine). Iryna dedicated her performance at the Championship to her father Volodymyr Meser. He was a biker, in 1998 he created the Silver Bullets biker club. He died in early March 2022. He evacuated civilians from Irpin. Saved everyone... at the cost of his life...

Iryna Sitnikova and her coach Polina Lavrovski left with a victory. At the Championship, the girl told not only the story of her personal tragedy. Her performance is about the war in Ukraine, about the pain of everyone... Ira took first place in her category.
