On January 2nd, 2024, a Russian missile exploded in a residential quarter of Solomianskyi district of Kyiv. The heaviest strike hit one of the buildings on Mokra Street.
Tetiana's husband was in the kitchen at the time of explosion, he was wounded in the face. A neighbor died – debris fell on her. In the evening, Tetiana took a glass of kibble from the volunteers and went to the destroyed building to look for her pet - Zaichyk the cat. The animal was lost in the explosion, but Tetiana did not give up hope of finding her whiskered friend.
