Volodymyr is originally from Odesa region. Graduating from school and entering the university coincided with the beginning of the full-scale war. But despite all the trials, he knew exactly who he wanted to be. History and archaeology became his calling. Today Volodymyr works in the archaeological expedition of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Trypillian Culture.” For him, uncovering and researching Ukrainian heritage is not only science, but also a path to the nation’s self-respect. After all, by showing the world the greatness of our culture, we overcome the inferiority complex and affirm: Ukraine has something to be proud of.
