The night of July 31, 2025, divided Svitlana’s life into “before” and “after.” During the enemy’s massive attack on Kyiv, a russian missile destroyed the building in which her friends’ family died. Because of the blast wave, her daughter’s apartment was also damaged, she and her grandson miraculously survived. Svitlana still cannot fully comprehend what she went through, but she believes: for the sake of her loved ones, she must go on living.
