Vira was already over 80 years old when the war broke out, the second in her lifetime. She was born during the Second World War. In early August 2023, a guided aerial bomb hit a neighbour's house. All the frames were blown out, the doors were twisted, the roof was blown off, and Vira was injured. But she is a true Ukrainian - she rushed out of the hospital because the potatoes were not yet harvested.
