In Mariupol, during the full-scale invasion, Halyna cared for her COVID-positive mother. The women were in a hospital in Prymorskyi district. On March 4, Halyna's mother died due to lack of oxygen.

"Explosions. A mountain of bodies began to grow in the hallway. The corpses in black bags were taken out of the intensive care unit. Then the bags ran out. People were taken out on beds. Mom was wrapped in a blanket. She was taken to the hallway. The bodies were stacked on top of each other", - says Halyna, a resident of Mariupol. How she survived in hell – her story.
