Oleksii is a second-year law student at Polissia National University. He turned to volunteering after a personal tragedy — the death of his father, who was killed on the front line in July 2023. Oleksii is convinced: faith alone won’t win the war, and nothing is ever superfluous at the front. That’s why he actively raises funds for the army’s needs, organizes the delivery of food packages, weaves camouflage nets, makes trench candles, and collects waste paper, chestnuts, and bottle caps to use the proceeds to buy what soldiers need. By his own example, Oleksii proves that helping is not difficult — anyone in the rear can and should do it, because only through joint efforts is victory possible.
