Olena is the headmistress of the school in Kopyliv. For two weeks, she and her loved ones were under occupation and every day she was afraid for herself and her family, because enemy patrols were constantly searching the houses. Her school was damaged during the raids, but it survived and is ready to open for children again: "Ukrainian flag was hanging in my school throughout occupation."
