12-year-old Artem is from the Kherson region. He spent almost three years in the occupation. He remembers how the city was captured, how on the fourth of March he ended up in Kozachi Laheri. The boy lovingly talks about life in the village – about the farm, animals, vegetable garden. The latter was occupied by soldiers in November 22. "For the trenches," Artem recalls.
He had to move to Kakhovka. And then, through the occupied territories, the family went to Ukraine. They were afraid of border checks, so they specially bought new phones where there was no dangerous data. Now Artem lives in a town for displaced persons near Kyiv. He says he's made new friends.
