"Cars with food are not always allowed to pass at checkpoints"

I go to the market and try to find  cheaper prices, but my pension of a little more of UAH 1000 is not enough. Meat has become a real treat for me. I can afford only 100-200 grams. Market prices change every day, because cars with products are not always allowed to pass checkpoints. The rising cost by UAH 1-2 and the lack of products make the situation even worse.

Cars with food are not always allowed to pass at checkpoints

We can't understand why Dzerzhynsk was fenced off by roadblocks from the rest of the Ukrainian-controlled Donbass.
