Maksym is a displaced person from Luhansk. His parents told him about shelling in 2014. They used to cover little Maks with their bodies.
The boy's family encountered the full-scale invasion in the city of Obukhiv in the Kyiv region. During missile attacks, the family took cover in the basement. But the worst thing for the child was the alarms during the blackouts in 2022. They sat in the shelter without light. And the explosions seemed to resound almost overhead.
