Halyna recalls the beginning of the full-scale invasion as the most horrific period in her life. The war took the life of her nephew. Her own sister was captured and there was no news from her for six months. Her sister’s return from captivity was the best gift for the New Year, and helping the frontline became a new meaning in her life. Halyna is actively involved in volunteering, making nets and cooking porridge for the soldiers, as she is convinced that small actions make big things happen.
