"I was rescued, but my husband was killed by a russian shell"

Svitlana Leonidivna did not believe in what was happening until the last moment. An enemy shell hit her apartment. She and her husband were covered with debris. She managed to get out of the rubble while her husband died on the spot. Svitlana Leonidivna had to bury her husband in the yard of the house with her neighbours. She escaped Mariupol with injuries. For the second year in a row, she has been helping Ukraine's defenders by weaving camouflage nets.
