Oksana Myronenko and her husband Stanislav are displaced doctors from Luhansk. Since 2015, they have lived in Bucha with their children. Two days before the outbreak of full-scale war, they moved Oksana's parents to their home from Shchastia, which had become hot on the eve of the invasion. On 24 February, the couple were to celebrate their wedding anniversary - 43 years together...

The very next day, it was very loud in Bucha, and there was no electricity or heat. The first to leave were the children and grandchildren. Oksana's parents decided to leave the city only on 4 March. They came under fire. Her father managed to escape, but her mother died on the spot.
