Ruslan from the village of Verkhnia Krynytsia tells the story of a series of deaths of his friends and neighbors. The first three were seriously wounded and later died in hospital. After the russian shelling, a local one collected a full package of anti-personnel landmines (PFM). It was the first time one had seen here. They do not look like a conventional munition, but rather resemble some kind of spare part or a sheet of wood. The neighbor showed the find to two more men. The mines detonated. Everyone who was nearby was killed.
Later, Ruslan took his wife, son, and family out of the area. He returned to the village himself. He delivered medicines and humanitarian aid. This continued until the complete occupation of Verkhnia Krynytsia. During these raids, Ruslan survived the bombing.
