When the war began, six-year-old Ania was with her grandmother near Kyiv – in Strakholissia. The village turned out to be like on an island between the Chernobyl zone, the territory occupied by Russians and the Kyiv Sea. There was only one way to visit my parents in Kyiv – by boat. For the “Voice of the Peaceful” Museum, Ania told us how she got home.
