“The picture is terrible: I came to my workplace and it was actually non-existent”

Ihor works at one of DTEK’s enterprises and feels like he is at the front line. The energy front. russia has repeatedly launched missile strikes at his company. He had to restore the plant’s operation in extreme conditions. For 59 years, it had been operating non-stop, but one morning something happened that shocked Ihor. He came to work and saw that his workplace no longer existed. But the coordinated work of all employees allowed the station to restart.

Incredible responsibility has certain consequences. Unlike ordinary workers, Ihor cannot go down to the bomb shelter during alarms because he has to control the station’s operation.
