“A life that changed in one second.” This is how I can describe the story of Serhii Zinkevych, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist from Dnipro. He became one of thousands of Ukrainians who suffered from the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
It seemed that everything was lost; but continuous faith of loved ones, patients, and residents of Dnipro does not allow life’s fire to be extinguished and gives strength to move on. Serhii is awaiting surgery on his hip and really hopes that he will be able to get back on his feet and continue his life’s work to save others.
