Olha not only survived in Mariupol, which was being wiped off the face of the earth by russia, but also saved her mother. She carried food for her every day through the city, where cemeteries were starting to appear right in the streets.  One day, the heroine ran to a familiar place, and everything was on fire. Only the house where her mother lived survived. But the door to her apartment was blocked. Olha managed to break it down with a sledgehammer. And free her mother. They walked back under fire, the old woman could barely move because she was injured. But they made it. A few days later, a bomb flew into my mother’s house and buried everyone who was in the basement.

Later, it became dangerous in the basement of the house where Olha lived. Then the residents moved to the hospital. They spent several more weeks in the basement. They didn’t even see the sun. When Olha went outside on April 5, she saw a pile of corpses – these were the patients who died during the terrible March of 2022.
