Every day, lyceum student Olena waits for news from her father at the front. The battle takes place less than 50 km from her home. The schoolgirl misses her relatives and the village that are under occupation. The girl wants to tell the world what children experience and feel in the frontline zone. That is why she joined the essay contest "My Country", which was held by the Museum of Civilian Voices, and became one of the winners.
