"There are times when I just cry"

My life depends on a set of medications. Some of the drugs are available in local pharmacies, but I don't have enough money to buy them. I can't do without these pills. I need them to walk and to breathe.

I live alone. Only my granddaughter visits me.

There are times when I just cry

There are times when I just cry... It's not much fun. I sometimes think that I have had enough.
