Artem met the war in his hometown of Ochakiv. His family came under fire in the first days of the invasion. They left their home and moved away. But from time to time they returned to the town.
During this war, Artem lost his father. He went missing at the front. Artem and his sister did not give up hope, but a few weeks later his comrades found their father's corpse.
