After the air raid, Yurii came out of the yard and saw that: one street was gone, and the other was in ruins. A woman with a severe abdominal wound was lying on the ground, and there were frightened young children in a collapsed house.  Yurii, a medic by profession, provided first aid. He carried the wounded and rescued those who could still be saved. In 2022, in the village of Kashpero-Mykolaivka, 15 houses were destroyed by air strikes. Then the russians came in: dozens of checkpoints, searches several times a day, and a ban on leaving the yards. Over 5,500 vehicles passed through the village in three days. Yurii also recalls a young man who was hit by a shrapnel and a few weeks after being wounded, it got to his heart. The young man was saved only after a complex operation in Kyiv.
