“The Face of the Colour of War”

he Museum of Civilian Voices, founded by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, presented Oleksii Hnatiuk’s documentary theatre production “The Face of the Colour of War” in Dnipro, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy. The production is based on the true stories of Mariupol residents shared with the Museum of Civilian Voices, the world’s largest archive of stories told by Ukrainian civilians affected by the war. The Museum’s archive now contains more than 40,000 stories. We have brought together several personal testimonies from the production’s participants in a dedicated collection.

Nearly 1,000 people attended the performances in the three cities. They also had an opportunity to learn more about the Museum of Civilian Voices, which collects personal stories to preserve the memory of Ukraine’s past and present for the sake of a better, peaceful future.
